All photos and videos are original and property of Crystal Chaos. We own all the rights to our images and do not allow use of these on any other sites. If you see our images/videos used on any other sites please contact us asap.
Pay securely on our online shop using a method of your choosing. PayPal is available along with payments by card. We also accept payments by UK Bank Transfers (BACS) however these must be arranged in advance by email and payment must be received before the order is completed.
Products can be browsed in a multitude of currencies. However payment will be taken in GBP (Great British Pounds) as we are a UK registered business. Conversion will vary slightly as the currency exchange rates are constantly fluctuating, please be aware of the spend in your currency before checkout. Any conversion fees issued by the bank are the customers responsibility.
All goods remain the property of Crystal Chaos until full payment has been received for the goods ordered.
As a United Kingdom based company we charge in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). If you are outside of the UK please make sure you have converted the value of your order to your home currency. We will not be held responsible for any currency or import duty issues. We have made every effort on this website to ensure our customers are aware of these issues.
If you are outside of the UK then payment must be by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. Bank transfer is not an option for international orders.
VAT:Crystal Chaos is a small family business and is therefore not VAT registered as of yet so no VAT will be charged on your orders.
As a small business orders are dispatched 4 days of the week Mon-Thursday. Please reach out if next day delivery is required as postage collection times vary and we can advise if this is possible.
Our standard postage to the UK is sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery and is expected to arrive in 1-2 working days. This however is not guaranteed but the postal service aim to deliver these as quick as possible.
If there is any issue with the order we will contact you asap via email.
Overseas orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivery can take up to 14 days depending on the destination country. For urgent orders, courier service is available, please contact us via email for a quote.
Customers outside of the UK will be subject to import duties depending on the value of your order. We (Crystal Chaos) are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer.
With effect from the 1st July 2021, the exemption on VAT and duties on orders below €22 will end for goods being sent to EU destinations. All orders of any value will now be subject to import VAT and duties. So, although we will not charge VAT on your order at point of sale, you may be charged import fees in your own country.
Royal Mail aim to deliver Recorded Delivery and Tracked 24 items within 1-2 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting have passed. Please note these 15 days do not include weekends. Once the 15 days have passed we can help resolve this issue by resending the goods or issuing a refund.
For orders outside of the UK Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 25 working days from posting have passed. therefore we cannot refund or replace packages until such date. Please note these 25 days do not include weekends.
If you are in the USA, USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. If the tracking status says 'delivered' but you dispute this, you must contact USPS asap.
Products can not be returned once opened. We offer a 7 day cooling off period on all unopened products on the condition that: The goods have not been used, purposely damaged or tampered with in any way.
You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days.
The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received we will issue a refund. Please note: The refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.
Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the fault/damage.
Items that have been automatically returned to us by the postal service due to an error or a failure to collect the parcel also can not be refunded until it is back with us which can be a long process. Therefore please be sure to collect your missed parcel asap.
